Title: Projection of Planes
- A thin regular pentagonal plate of 30 mm long edge has its edges in HP and perpendicular to VP, while its farthest corner is 30 mm above HP. Draw the projections of plate . Project another FV on an AVP making an angle of 45° with VP.
-
A circular plate of diameter AB 50 mm has its surface inclined 30°with HP.Draw its projections when A) Top view of diameter AB is inclined 45° with VP. B) Diameter AB is inclined 45° with VP.
-
A semicircular plate of diameter 60 mm is freely suspended from the point O on diameter and 15 mm from center. Draw its projections if surface is inclined at 45° with VP. Draw its projections.
- Draw a rectangle of 50 X 30 mm longer side making an angle of 35° with reference line xy in top view. Corresponding to this draw any quadrilateral in front view . These two view represents front and top view of a quadrilateral thin plate. Determine true shape of plate.
- The TV of a plane, whose surface is perpendicular to VP and inclined at 60° to HP, is a regular hexagon of 30 mm side, with one side inclined at 15° to XY. Determine the true shape of the plane.
